CHEMICAL VALLEY GIRL

‘The distinction between the past, present and future is a stubbornly persistent illusion’ - Albert Einstein

By exploring and sifting through intangible and unreliable memories, these paintings become a dream-like embodiment of the past. The title of the show relates to the city of Sarnia, Ontario where I grew up; home to a number of chemical and oil companies, it is also known as ‘Chemical Valley’.

Due to Covid-19 this exhibition at the Upstairs Gallery in Inverness had to be cancelled. You can now click on Chemical Valley Girl and have a virtual look at the exhibition.
